Monday Fitness and Fat loss Motivation..

Afternoon team, lets jump in!

The only 5 things you need to look and feel your best...

I almost forgot about this weeks newsletter as it's only my 3rd or 4th one

Kinda like behaviour change coaching things take a while to stick and become a habit

Afterall the subconscious mind can take a while to embed this stuff

Usually about 12 weeks or so but I digress.

Thanks for being here

Now let's discuss these 5 things right now

They are:

1) Diet

2) Exercise

3) Sleep

4) A Flexible Schedule

5) Imagination

That's it!

Above and beyond that there isn't much else to this whole lifestyle change malarkey.

You just need to make small changes, do your best and take it all in your stride really.

A bit like life to be honest.

Now at this point if you're a busy guy who works long hours and wants to get the right structures in place..

..So you can drop the bodyfat once and for all, transform your mindset and level up your lifestyle to keep the weight off for the long term..

..having a guide who will both challenge you and support you is 100% the best option.

It all works as long as you're willing to do "the work" so to speak

But for now I'm gonna pretend that's not an option

I'm just gonna tell you what comes to my mind from coaching lots of highly successful men to achieve life changing results time and time again over the past four years or so

The number one thing for me personally is to be open, honest and transparent about where you are, where you want to get to and what your main struggles are too.

Get the truth on the table right from the outset.

Again pretty simple but surprisingly difficult at the same time, especially for men,

Now I know that all the marketers will be talking about Will Smith and his latest cock up today but they're just trying to grab your attention.

So be very mindful of douchebaggery in the marketplace.

There's douchebaggery all around you it has to be said.

There's a lot of crap out there in the online coaching space thanks to COVID put it that way.

Plus believe it or not there's still people selling magic potions and pills to lose weight too which is just beggars belief in this day and age.

But let's not go there

Let's move on

"He without sin cast the first stone" and all that

Instead of being drawn into the judgement and negativity..

Just be open and honest and tell somebody what's really going on for you and what's holding you back from your highest goals.

After all

"If you don't ask, you don't get"

So find the right coach and really listen to their message in their posts/videos.

Take the time to really get to know them.

Inside and out.

The online space is very vulnerable so you'll be able to get to know what they're really about on a deeper level before you ever think about jumping on a zoom call with them

This is actually great for people like me who live and breathe this stuff by the way

It's just awesome

Least of all because I've lost 104lbs on my own weight loss journey and burnout out a bunch of times too

I get this stuff

Plus I run my own business and am getting married in 7 weeks

So know how hard it is when you keep putting yourself at the back of a never ending queue all the time

Still it is what it is

For example I spoke to a guy last week who's been watching my stuff consistently for the past year.

He's done really well and took things as far as he can on his own health wise.

We're gonna take him to the next level don't get me wrong,

But his progress since following my stuff has been impressive to say the least.

So the takeaway here is find someone you vibe with and listen to their message as much as possible.

Afterall having me pop up in your inbox is a lot better than a McDonalds advert every time you want to change a track on Spotify put it that way.
