According to CNBC – The March Unemployment Rate in Ohio was approximately 4.9% - Across the USA it is 6.2% down from the pandemic high of 14.7%. There are 8 million fewer Americans at work than before COVID. Some 17.4 million Americans are still receiving some form of benefits under various unemployment programs.

Do you believe these numbers when there are 8 million jobs posted on the Internet and at least as many posted elsewhere?

Would it make sense to fund training programs that show positive results instead of paying people to stay home and become dependent on the government for their existence? Comments are welcome.
