This is not about presentation, it about taste, texture and adding most important ingredient called Love in recipes.
I'm just trying to recall that nostalgic taste, texture from my departed mom's chicken curry, it's not just curry, it's Special Curry for me.
Even all spices are stone ground all together with garlic, ginger and with both green and red chilli.
& cook with perfection, same amount of oil trying to get on too.
