Hello Again, PM Insiders!

As I sat down to write this month’s introduction, I found myself reflecting on the many emotions this season has brought. For some, February was filled with excitement and momentum; for others, it may have been confusing, exhausting, or just plain heavy. And if that’s been the case for you—not just this month but over the past few months—I want to take a moment to acknowledge that.

I won’t change this newsletter's tone, but I want to hold space for the reality that we’re all moving through different seasons in life and work. Wherever you are, I hope you’re finding moments of joy, passion, and connection. I hope you’re surrounded by people who value you and your talents. And if you need support, I encourage you to seek it—because you matter.
