Moments that Matter
One of the Belgian measures against the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is the suspension of the lessons at schools and universities. Novartis has reached out to all its associates to connect and care on this #Moment that matters for them and their families. Many of us will have to find solutions on how to combine working virtually and managing life at home. As employer, we would like to call out that we have a crucial role to play as a parent – being a mum, dad or a significant other. These are truly #momentsthatmatter!
Moments that matter
These times offer an opportunity to learn how to focus on output as a new way of working. This means that each of us have to focus on the right priorities. With this, we want to reassure that, as their employer, we understand that the next weeks will be a balancing act between life and work. Furthermore, we continuously want to support our people in their wellbeing. Therefore, we provide them with sources of social counselling and psychological support.
Being curious, inspired and unbossed
At Novartis, we want to use this time to be curious and as an opportunity to explore and learn new skills. We will come out re-energized and refocused at the end. Together, with all Novartis Belgium leadership teams, we are convinced that with this approach we are protecting each of our associates, our customers and patients.
