A Moment of Thanksgiving

As we gather around our tables this Thanksgiving, let’s remember those who are far from home, facing medical hardships. For many families, a warm meal and a safe place to stay can make all the difference during their difficult journey providing moments of comfort.

As I sit down to the Thanksgiving table, I will be thinking of so many things that I have to be grateful for. This includes RMHC of the Red River Valley including our hard-working staff who ensure everything runs smoothly and our dedicated Board of Directors who provide the foundation that makes our house a true home for families with sick kids.?

I am especially grateful for those who are committed to this mission. Your support through both monetary and in-kind donations and volunteering, makes it possible to keeps our door open for families 365 days a year. Thank you for providing a home away from home for the families we serve.

Over the years, I’ve had the great privilege of standing at the front door of generosity in this community, watching as we come together especially during the holiday season.?Each and every person brings a special ingredient to the table.?
