That Moment...
Last week, I wrote an article here about "This Moment."
Remember... the goal of reading this article -- for you and me -- is to get one actionable nugget to help us do less in order to become even more productive.
I used the same background as I did last week for the picture, but notice something a bit different?
It's a little more blurry.
Why?
It's a reminder to you (and me) to leave that moment behind.
Whatever it was.
Good. Bad. Or Whatever.
It's over.
The Problem: I Can't Leave That Moment
This week, imagine we are living in the moment.
See what I did here?
In case you are actually reading this -- think about "where" we are in your mind this moment -- because yep, you will leave that all behind as you continue reading this article and moving on in your life. I promise.
ME: "Hey, how are you?"
YOU: "I never seem leave that moment."
The good stuff.
You know what those moments were.
The bad stuff.
You know what those moments were.
The "whatever" stuff.
You've forgotten what those moments were (I'm right, right?!).
The Actionable Tip: Leave That Moment
This one could be a tough one for you when self-reflecting.
I get that.
Think about "that moment".
Let it go.
And.
In the comments, please share?ONE?actionable tip how you can LEAVE "That Moment" in order to do less and become more productive.
Let me know before you leave this moment, because it's about to become history.
Thank you

6 小时前I work to anchor in the present. When my mind drifts back (which it often does), I gently redirect it to what’s real and true now, through mindfulness, gratitude, or anything that brings me into today. The more I stay here, the less pull the past has.
