Moisture - stabilization made easy

Moisture - stabilization made easy

Alvan Blanch are a family owned and managed business in a rural area about 2 hours west of London; they have been providing drying solutions for over 65 years - in that time the simple yet effective design has become well proven in the drying of the worlds crops and also in energy containing materials.

The CD range is fast becoming a product that people turn to as the best suited system for moisture reduction in woodchip, biomass, bagasse, RDF, hemp fibre, seaweed, banana, and many other products.

The ability to utilize waste heat, steam, gas (of various kinds), makes this robust piece of equipment an integral part of planning for your future drying needs.

Alvan Blanch will design a system to suit your plant's needs, it will be a simple yet efficient unit and will stand the test of time (the first drier delivered into Australia was in 1966 - and it still operates!), adding todays modern PLC control systems allows clients to effect remote monitoring of a process, eliminating the need to babysit the drier all the time.

Access and clean down can be carried out easily, daily maintenance checks are done in under 15mins (depending on drier size), we can also look at annual inspections for your machine.
