The technologies used in the world for internal combustion engines are low in efficiency due to the reliance on crank technology to convert the linear motion of the pistons into a rotary motion. I present the innovation of new dual-technology technologies that rely on the crank at the top of the stroke, i.e. when the piston motion reverses, and then convert to gear technology in order to ensure the conversion of linear motion with the highest work value. Therefore, this technology will cause a radical change in hydraulic systems and steam systems in addition to internal combustion engines. We will obtain engines that operate at a high rotational speed that exceeds the rotational speed of turbine engines and operate with the highest efficiency so that they surpass all internal combustion engines in the world. They will be ideal engines for helicopters and will facilitate the manufacture of flying cars.
