Modus VR - June 2020 Release Notes
Today we are excited to announce our latest release of Modus VR! This update has very little to do with the Virtual Reality component of Modus and are major Quality of Life improvements that our customers and those considering Modus as a design platform will both appreciate in a big way!
Here's a quick glance at some of the improvements included in our new launcher:
The updated launcher includes some excellent new features:
- Files Tab: Lets you organize and browse files like never before!
- Improved Floor Plan Editor: This one is HUGE. Adding the ability to import a floor plan and trace walls for your VR space on top, making complex rooms easier than ever to create!
- Line Drawings: A major update to our CAD export feature, the Line Drawings allows you to add annotations and dimensions to your exported PDF package, a deliverable that your clients will love and appreciate.
- Modus Photo: Previously with Modus VR, we didn't have a native way to allow customers to export their vision to a 2D file. With our new photo mode, we've added the ability to share your imagination with the outside world, featuring high resolution screen captures with realistic dynamic lighting.
