These units are completely designed with room sizes, mechanical, electrical, millwork, etc.? Using our manufacturing mindset, all units use the exact same kitchen, and all units use 2 different bathroom vanities.??

Stubbe’s scope includes architectural design, engineering, foundations, precast supply,?and pre-installed windows.? The Construction Manager or Developer then takes over the remainder of the construction scope utilizing our standardized design. ??
