As a business, your aim is to avoid dissatisfied employees. Again, dissatisfied employees produce less results. However, what really triggers this dissatisfaction??
There’s a lot of factors inside it. The common attributes are actually the difficulty of blending in the culture, and other surrounding issues such as career progression, repetitive tasks, and misaligned leadership approaches.

I personally liked this quotation. What we should all have embedded at the back of our minds is to ensure that collaboration, guidance and credits are given to boost employee empowerment.
Business, is after all, a collaboration of like-minded people.

Work basically is our second home, our second family. We spend most of our days working, rather than spending it with our real families.
Dissatisfaction occur when there’s no transparency inside, particularly the lack of guidance that these employees might need. These misalignment causes impact on the psychological state and performance of talents.

For this instance, a remedy to take care of dissatisfied employees can be as simple as verbal praises, being genuinely concerned for their well-being and personal relationships, or even go as far as giving them promotions, awards, salary increases and company gifts.?

Candidates are looking for organizations where they can expand their knowledge, put their expertise to use, challenged in their roles as well as being guided.
That is why business leaders need to re-think and provide an outstanding employee experience, regardless of their industry.
This includes culture, transparent leadership, growth opportunities and collaboration.
