How it Works

Through our network of 40,000 contact center and business executives, plus the networks/databases of our 50+ agents (will be over 100 by June 2021), we acquire new clients daily that choose to have CTG project manage their process or sourcing/vetting/procuring various technology solutions.

·        CTG assigns one of our expert Advisors to take point and manage the client’s sourcing/procurement project.

·        The Advisor schedules a Discovery Meeting and creates a scope of requirements document. One discovery with an Advisor versus multiple discovery meetings with multiple vendors.

·        Based on the requirements, the Advisor and CTG pre-vet our Suppliers and narrow the playing field to two or three that are the best match.

·        The Advisor facilitates demos, post demo meetings, helps with contract negotiations and them monitors the implementation to ensure it goes smoothly.
