In 1948 the McDonald brothers, Dick and Mac, came up with the original concept for what would become a worldwide phenomenon.

They, and virtually every other restaurant at the time, had a way of operating.

But, Dick and Mac became frustrated and knew a change was needed.

So, they completely shuttered and revamped...EVERYTHING.

When they reopened, it was with a new way of operating that they called The Speedee System.

They completely reimagined what a restaurant was.

In 1954, now business legend Ray Kroc came along and, with a vision of putting the Golden Arches from coast to coast and worldwide, he built McDonald's into an empire.

The McDonald brothers saw a nice business.

Kroc saw an empire. And, he was right!

McDonald's now serves 1% of the population of the ENTIRE WORLD EVERY DAY! (do the math on 1% of nearly 8 billion people)

But, from the beginning, Kroc knew that in order to build that empire, he had to surround himself with the right people.

SpearPoint Solutions

As the Founder of my company, SpearPoint Solutions, I have spent many years developing and perfecting a system that works to train people in one of the skills they need to thrive in the modern economy.

And, perhaps more importantly, I have a vision, goal and plan to build an empire that will serve multitudes of people.

BUT...

I know I will never be able to do that without surrounding myself with the right people.

To that end, we have now begun to train people to run the system I have developed.

And, today, I want to introduce you to the inaugural class.

For over four decades Dwight has worked with a select group of regional, national and international clients. He has a broad background in all aspects of marketing, corporate and business communications. Dwight has done work in advertising, graphic design and copy writing as well as business and personal coaching and consulting.

Steve's primary role in his career has been as a restaurant C-Level servant leader. He has helped to create profit and growth for companies and franchised restaurants while scaling the brand.

Steve has skills to build great teams while putting processes and systems in place. Whether it is operations, training, marketing, restaurant openings, food safety, etc., he has led teams and has created success in these areas in multiple brands.
