Thanks for sharing! Agreed that mindset is crucial. When using the Scrum framework even for sales or marketing, we encourage teams to develop an Agile mindset. An Agile mindset focuses on thinking as a customer, understand what is doable and focus on what adds value to the customer. You can only implement the Scrum framework once you fully develop the Agile mindset.
