The great?inspiration?for this project, according to the designer, was the usual but always effective combination of?classic?and?modern styles. To create this connection, it was defined a type of?architecture, based on?straight lines?and?classic details, and in terms of finishes,?wood?was used to create a warmer and more welcoming space. Ready for a?modern classic apartment?in?Cancún?

In addition to wood,?marble?was also used to give it a more?sophisticated look, and the?golden stainless steel finish?brought more elegance in combination with the other materials. In relation to the?furniture, the rounded lines make the irregularity of the building’s architecture not noticeable and make the space more flexible.

So at the?entrance, we can see an intense variety of tones, from the most neutral to the brightest, just like the pieces that represent them.?Huli I Round Mirror?and?Colosseum II Console, by?Brabbu, are true statement pieces.

Huli I Mirror?was inspired by a tribe from?Papua New Guinea?that was known for painting their faces yellow, red and white to impress the enemy. This mirror is all made of?matte casted brass?and is considered more than a wall mirror, it is a decorative item that will spice any wall.

The?Roman Colosseum?or?Coliseum?is one of the new?Seven Wonders of the World. Inspired by its empowering presence,?Colosseum II Console Table?was created. Except for the supreme levels of comfort, the armchair through the brass details perfectly complements the elegant lines of a?timeless piece.

In terms of?lighting, there are two essential pieces to highlight. They are?Winnow Table Lamp, from?Caffe Latte, and?Hera Suspension Lamp, by?Boca do Lobo, both imposing, but without ever losing the sense of class. Winnow Table Lamp?takes its name from the?winnowing method, an ancient technique of separating grain from the straw. Its body is composed of small?lacquer wood tubes, representing the straw, and the abat jour shade emerges from the base with a light?tapioca fabric, separating distinctively from its rigid body. By mixing a more classic approach to the shade with a contemporary design to its body, this?table lamp?will brighten every surface and interior.

As the?Queen of the Greek Gods, Mother of Nature?and the embodiment of?Honour?and?Maternity,?Hera Suspension Lamp?represents the blossom of a golden new era full of life and inspiring beauty.
