A modern approach to the lead generation process via LinkedIn

Hello everyone!


Today I would like to tell you a bit more about my observations and practical experience in #sales / #leadgeneration / #businessdevelopment. This article is about approaches to lead gen. So what works in 2023?


Firstly, I am confident that the so-called "person-to-person" approach will 200 years more. That means if you plan to create and implement lead generation via linked in, so you should definitely work with leads after visiting their profiles and the profile of the company he/she belongs to.


After that you should gather information about a potential client and inform him about the services that your company does, it might be done via LI, e.g. post liking, following, profile visiting etc.


When we know the information you can come to a potential client with some light and easy text e.g. "Come on, Folks! Join me as I expand my #network!".


When a lead/potential client accepts an invitation, we send a welcome message, smth like 'Thanks for adding me, mate! Have a great week and send a funny GIF.'


The next step is liking the post to attract the attention of the potential client, then the next step is when we send a co-called welcome email, a custom email that is some intro into the services that we provide the market with and the services that might be valuable to the client. Here the knowledge of your strong and weak sides is really important. You should write a list of the pros and cons of your product/service and act when you're ready.


The next step is the building of a #partnership based on common values and a clear understanding of possible profit both of you can get from interaction.


Then goes chatting via messages, writing something that gets some clients’ attention, moving on to a proposal, then to resolution, and making a call to action to push the potential client to reply.


Endorsement: it is recommended to contact potential clients 10 - 20 times in different forms, via different channels, so as a solution in this case for the purpose to attract the client to the email marketing campaign with (3-4 steps) + Linked in marketing campaign with (4-5) steps and likes/banner ads might be used.
