MODERN ACHIEVEMENT IS HERE!

Dear Friends and Collaborators,

Nine years ago, my first book, Design the Life You Love, was published by Ten Speed Press, an imprint of Random House. I remember receiving the advance copy in Cesme on a hot August day just like today, waving it in the air and looking at it with awe, not quite believing it was real.?

Today, I am thrilled to share the release of Modern Achievement by Asheesh Advani and Marshall Goldsmith . I had the honor of illustrating this book—another first for me. Holding it in my hand, I can't quite believe I collaborated with two of my dear friends and heroes.

As it turns out, Marshall and Asheesh wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for Design the Life You Love and its book launch. I didn’t realize this until I read Marshall telling the story on page 283, which makes me doubly proud.

In Modern Achievement, Asheesh and Marshall introduce the Fixed, Flexible, and Freestyle framework, a revolutionary approach to personal and professional development.?
