It means a lot!?

Just a quick update before we go ahead, I am delighted to announce that we are chosen as a satellite partner by NLP Academy London, 3 times in a row for representing India globally and? facilitate the New Code NLP Practitioner & International Certification Course in May, with Dr. John Grinder, Michael Carroll & Carmen Bostic St. Clair.?

Well, I am really excited to be there with entire team globally and learn more through experiences. If you would like to know more about it, you can contact on message through Linkedin or on our website www.ridhimadua.com?

In this newsletter, I would like to introduce you to the Modeler (child within You) and its capabilities through a deeper understanding of scientific process “modeling”.?

If you can just use this concept deeply, trusting this can lead to achieving so many boundaries. You can perform like the way you want to perform. Supposing you have seen one of the leaders in your company, who excels in his skill set of presenting or decision making or sales etc, you can exactly pick the behaviors/state to model and perform in your situation. And definitely get surprising results.?

I can say this because I have my own personal experience around it.?

Let’s get a little more in depth about modeling.?

My Experience in Modelling?

I had no idea about New Code NLP and how the games can activate our nervous system. I also had less scientific knowledge about how the brain functions. I use to not write in such ways, surprising to myself and I use to not have such kind of performance in my coaching and training specifically, also in my daily life, personally and professionally, which is optimizing my day and performing all activities, such as my professional coaching, heavy workouts, runs, meditation, yoga, completing my work, learning new courses, taking care of my family quiet effectively.?

Let me give a very simple example. One day in my gym, while I was doing my push ups, I was feeling very heavy in my body to actually perform that activity, And I observed a person diagonally opposite to me, doing push ups very smoothly. I did a simple shake off for my body, took a deep breath and started modeling, copy-pasting the same muscle tensions he was using to go down smoothly, matching his breathing and just started doing it, and how smoothly I could do the flawless 6 Pushups. And rest continued in my practice.?

Let me just pick one more part, out of the above to explain modeling. The process of coaching which I have learned most of them is unconscious, because I used to not memorize things and use my logical brain first. Using a logical brain while learning and modeling doesn’t give the same result.?

The first thing I used to do is run a process while with my mentors, and match their micro muscles as much as possible, without utilizing the conscious efforts to understand logically, come in the rhythm and just do it. (When I did that, I was not aware that I was actually running a process. I became aware after a few months, when I started doing exactly the same pattern and getting results for myself and my clients).?

After practicing for more than a decade with multiple processes and multiple models, It is naturally so much inside that I need not think, I just do.?

Utilize modeling for achieving results.?

History & Introduction?

1972-1979 is the era of modeling, testing and coding the patterns of NLP by Dr. John Grinder, Richard Bandler & Frank Pucelik. In the University of California, these people met and did an amazing surprise in the history of mankind for change processes. How??

These young boys that time, with their amazing ability to copy (model) the patterns of Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson, modeled the geniuses by assimilating all the information while the models used to practice, For example matching the same breathing, physiology and tonality internally. Then practicing the same process learned in parallel context, for example practice the process exactly with the coaching client for recovering phobia.?

Post these practices, tests and subjective experiments, the patterns were then coded.?

And NLP became a history, where when you learn NLP with any coach, you are unconsciously modeling the process. The more you model, the more it goes deeper.?

Please note that is also one of the inhibitions, because who you are modeling is a subjective discussion.??????????

What is modelling in simple terms

So in Simple terms, businesses, leaders grow up watching other leaders, learning languages, getting the same sales as another sales agent, all are modeling examples. Though it doesn't fit in the process. Because the process is completed, once practiced in context, getting results, decoding what else needs to be done and coding the patterns for others to learn.?

How can I use it in my personal and professional life???

In simple life how can people utilize this process? Suppose you have a goal to achieve in your personal life and you identify what’s stopping you from achieving that goal, let’s take an example as you feel that you are not consistent in that goal. And you have also identified, my friend/boss etc is highly consistent.?

You have the opportunity to tap in their unconscious and use it for the purpose of achieving your goal.?

How - See your friend while talking about consistency, see your friend while doing the task with consistency, match his body language, his breathing, the way he is doing,? Hear his tonality while he works or how does he talk about it to you. And just flow with that (without having any conscious efforts). Just do exactly what he is doing.?

Now go in your real situation, shake it off, and with practice, just adjust your physiology like him, tonality like him and perform.?

We are always communicating to ourselves and others. And 93% of communication is non-verbal as per many scientific reports. There are so many theories to observe about how a person learns sports from a coach and kick the way exactly he kicks and also learn to create with that his new ways and styles.?

I can guarantee you that just by doing these simple acts of modeling, things which you think are not possible will definitely be possible. Because someone says, Impossible is I am possible. Make it happen!????

I am a learner for lifetime, let's experience and learn more!?
