Colombia - Jul. 26/24 - Business Groups Competing for an Andrés Airport Concession Announced
The National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) announced that Termotecnica Coindustrial SAS and CSS Construcciones SA are the business groups that, together with the originator SP Ingenieros SAS, will compete for the financing, reconstruction, adaptation, administration, operation, maintenance, commercial exploitation, modernization and reversion of the Gustavo Rojas Pinilla Airport in San Andrés.

Philippines - Jul. 23/24 - Sangley Point International Airport Deal Cleared by Competition Commission
Media reported that The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) has cleared the Cavite provincial government and SPIA Development Consortium (SDC) deal for the development of the Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA) Project in Cavite. House of Investments, Inc. (HOI), which is part of SDC, said in a regulatory disclosure on 23 July 2024 that it received the PCC resolution on the same day.

Media reported that Growthfund is preparing to open the bidding process for another 22 of Greece’s regional airports. The bidding process will be comprehensive and not split into two phases, as was the case with concession of 14 regional airports to Germany’s Fraport.
