Media reported that renowned airport operators from around the world have expressed their interest in bidding for the management of the Islamabad International Airport. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), reported positive feedback from Pakistani missions in countries such as Turkiye, Malaysia, the UAE, Qatar, France, Spain, Germany, Kuwait, the UK, and Switzerland.

United Kingdom - Apr. 17/24 - VINCI Airports Signed Agreement to Buy 50% Stake in Edinburgh Airport

VINCI?Airports said that its airports subsidiary has signed an agreement to buy a 50.01% stake in Edinburgh Airport for GBP1.27bn (US$1.58bn). The remaining 49.99% stake will be managed by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).

Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) is looking at monetising its Turkish airport operations by divesting part of its 100% equity interest in Istanbul Sabiha G?k?en Uluslararasi Havalimani Yatirim Yapim ve sletme AS (ISG), according to people familiar with the matter. Sources say IC brahim ?e?en Yatrm Holding (IC Holding),is keen to take up a significant stake in ISG.
