MOBILITY 101

?When you start a fitness routine it's fairly simple to say you know about the basics. Training and nutrition. But very few utilize a mobility routine. And we can argue that it is possibly the most important part of any fitness routine...and here's why:

1)Decrease Risk Of Injury?

2) Healthier Joints

3) Better control of our bodies

4) 10-15 minutes is all you really need

5) Can be done anywhere and at any time during the day

Remember tight muscles take away from your range of motion and overall power. This is why investing just a few minutes a day, you will be able to move and feel better in just a few short days. ?

I suggest blocking off time each day to go through some sort of mobility routine to reach your body’s full potential.
