Mobile & Wireless Roundup #40

Mobile & Wireless Roundup #40

Welcome to the 40th edition of this newsletter. This week I attended the 6G Summit. As I wrote on my blog post, the presentations were refreshing and we had some fruitful discussions. I am also starting to see lots of new trainings and books on 6G, even though we don’t really know what 6G is. Many people may buy these books or attend these trainings but I’m not sure if this will bring any greater clarity.

Platforms like Udemy are very valuable for small time trainers or training companies to bring their unique perspective to the audience. At the same time they allow cowboy trainers to rip stuff off from others and present that as their content. I guess there is no easy resolution to this. Hopefully it is still advantageous for the users who cannot afford to pay a premium prices for training with certification. ?

For those of you who don’t know me, I am a technologist with over 24 years’ experience in mobile wireless technology, currently working as an independent analyst, consultant and a trainer. This newsletter is a summary of my posts and others news that caught my attention since the last newsletter.
