Position: Mobile App Tester
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 - 6+ years
Primary Responsibilities:
- Fulfill requests for wireless feature and program changes, manage service interruptions, handle cellular services, and assist with transfers of billing responsibility and porting lines to other carriers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective solutions.
- Manage and configure Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), with a focus on Intune Company Portal Experience.
- Process orders for new USAA wireless equipment, perform executive support (e.g., in-person device setups), and assist with USAA equipment, applications, and wireless program queries.
- Research and update outdated corporate devices, educating users on compliance settings to secure corporate data on mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and device functionality, provide support through service requests and incidents, monitor and resolve system/application issues, and maintain inventory of USAA wireless hardware assets.
- Maintain Knowledge Management content, support incident resolution, and participate in weekly wireless team meetings.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support the care and maintenance of wireless hardware assets, coordinate with other teams for incident resolution, participate in team meetings, and take action on feedback from Wireless FTEs.
