Mo Growth. Mo Problems.

If you’re overwhelmed in growing your business just know it’s normal.
I talk to entrepreneurs doing $5k/month and $1m+/month…
They all experience overwhelm.
The thing is, as you grow and reach new heights, the air gets thinner.
Just like when you climb a 14er.
The higher you get, the harder it gets to breathe. The air is thinner up there.
As you get higher, the problems don’t go away.
They grow.
As you get higher, the competition becomes more fierce.
As you get higher, the mistakes get bigger.
One mistake can cost you $100’s of thousands of dollars if not more.
So, when you’re sitting there at whatever level you’re at just know - it’s not really going to get easier.
If you’re always reaching for growth - you will always be out of breath.
You will always feel this way as long as you want to grow.
Over time, you continue to advance your “level of play”.
Here’s the thing though…
Growth comes with tradeoffs.
It’s also a tradeoff you don’t have to make if you don’t want to.
And guess what…that’s fine.
But you then have to be ok with that choice.
Remember, this is the game you chose to play.
You can choose to keep growing and go higher up the mountain.
Or, you can go back down to where it was easier to breathe.
Cuz once you’ve been to higher heights, coming down will feel easier cuz you’ve been there done that.
Just like cyclists who train at altitude to then dominate the competition at sea level.
The point of the game is to keep playing.
There is no end.
This is why everyone says you must fall in love with the process.
Learn to love the journey.
It’s the best part.
