MMLE Tender workshop

I had the pleasure of being invited to part in the first collaboration workshops between Amey and Kelbray in Birmingham this week, as we prepare to join forces on the upcoming MML Electrification tender for Network Rail.

The event took place over 2 days and was our first chance to get to know each over and start to build the relationships and set the foundations of a long lasting, industry leading partnership.

We had a great facilitator in Karl who really challenged the team to get the best out of us and got our creative juices flowing. This lead to some fascinating discussions, plenty of blue sky thinking and a setting of a very high bar.

It's safe to say if this is the state of things to come, I can't wait to be involved in future workshops with our new colleagues and being part of a industry??changing bid.
