MM Monthly September

Already one month into our sixth year of trading, wasn't that a quick month!? This month we managed to cram in a lot - from networking to Non-Exec Academy events, Awards do's to anniversary celebrations and lots of press coverage!

We hit the headlines this month with the news of another successful year, celebrating 32% increase in revenue from 2022. We are so grateful to the support of the press and Chambers for sharing our news to the Scottish Business Community. A snapshot of some of the coverage is below.

Our Non-Exec Director Academy event took place on Thursday 31st August and was another full to capacity event. We have been overwhelmed by the popularity of this forum and are delighted that we are able to bring together senior leaders looking to find out more about the world of Non-Exec Directors. We will be hosting another event at the end of November with the speaker being announced next week - keep your eyes on our socials for more information!

This month we were delighted to sponsor the Business Growth award at the Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce ICON Awards. It was a fantastic evening celebrating local Inverclyde businesses, a huge congratulations to all of the winners and to Gourock Golf Club for winning our category. We are proud to support businesses across Inverclyde and Scotland wide.

One of our points of difference as an Executive Search firm is that we take time to really get to know our clients and candidates and fully understand what they want. This has led us to developing our Future Leaders forum, an initiative that creates an immersive networking career forum to support future leaders from all industries.

Much more than traditional networking, we aim to create an informal platform focused on story sharing to help career advancement.?We have carefully designed the Future Leaders forum to help connect businesses with the leaders of tomorrow. This forum aims to offer opportunities to hear from seasoned leaders and also a chance to network with trailblazers of the future.

We are delighted to announce our speaker for this event will be Charles Quinn - sharing his experience and insights into what it takes to become a strong leader. There are still tickets available for this event, taking place in early November in Glasgow. Lots to look forward to in October for team MM Search. We are excited that our very own Ken Morrice will be the headline speaker at the next Glasgow WeDO Scotland supper club, Ken will be sharing the impressive journey of MM Search to date, as well as what he has learnt and implemented in business and life from his GB Triathlon experiences.?Tickets are available through WeDO Scotland
