Aloha to my Love Ones, my Friends, my Associates and to Humanity

Today I launch my weekly Sunday messages that will be titled

MKs Sunday Gratitude Article Message

to share my grace, gratitude and some of the knowledge that I have accumulated and continue to accumulate. I do NOT ask anyone to see me as any form of GURU. I do believe though we should all have a student and growth mindset mentality with as much discipline as possible. I do also strive to become a great Thought Leader and highly skilled at many crafts and share that knowledge for others to also create Excellence in their work and more joy, happiness and love in their life, their families lives and to build a better humanity.

First I want to start by acknowledging my soul for being the source of who I am, and I am still not clear what that means entirely however what I do know and feel, it is my soul that I wake up to everyday and gives me another chance to become better or worse than the days before. I take this vow to take the opportunities to awake to do better, become better and help others to do better as well with the resources I have. I do not strive for perfection as I believe no human is perfect however I do believe we can strive for excellence and create a bit of heaven and impart grace, gratitude, a smile and be kind wherever we might go. I have come to embrace that learning and healing our mind, body and soul is a daily practice. Though it may not always be easy, it's always possible. I have come to embrace elements of the Hawai’i practice called Ho'oponopono. My personal use of it, give forgiveness to yourself and soul first before giving it to others. I believe it's near impossible to authentically give to others what you cannot give to yourself starting with forgiveness.

Now on to my acknowledgments and there are many but I intend to keep the ones in this message today short.

First to my mother, words alone cannot express the gratitude and love I have for you and being the vessel that the universe chose to bring me into the human world. You have endured so much and as I strive to honor and support Women's History month this month, you are the first women I must acknowledge for your grace, your care, your strength and your love that you have given to many and I as your first born, thank you Mother ??????.

Next, my Baby Brother, who is almost 10 years younger than I, is a gracious loving human and Soul. Words alone cannot express how much I love you and appreciate you for being there for me through my trials, tribulation and falls. Next, my daughter, my forever Princess. Words alone as well cannot express the love I have for you, my first Child.? You too are a source of profound joy, love and inspiration thru all of our challenges and heartbreaks we may have caused each other, you will always be the center of my heart ??????

There are many others I would like to acknowledge for their support, grace, time, care and or love that they have afforded to me. My journey has been a long one and still a long one to go I believe. I will acknowledge others and share in the future, messages for those others.

Though I cannot undo any wrongs, hurt, disappointments or let downs I may have done or caused to anyone including my soul, today is a day I publicly share my message in hopes that has as I continue my journey of transformation to share grace, forgiveness healing practices and living to have a growth mindset for myself and others, I do hope that those who read this may find some form of inspiration and practices that they can use to become a better YOU, learn from our mistakes and not make it the end of ones growth. Forgiveness, grace and humility I believe are important practices for the journey of continuous growth.

I do believe we can evolve and become better humans and caring souls to make our existence as humans better if one chooses no matter what one has done wrong in their past.

I humbly ask all humans to consider learning to use AI, even just the basics. I believe it will become the most transformative technology humankind will have right next to digital communications. I strongly believe humans who use it will have an advantage over humans who do not, I believe this to be a fact and not belief anymore.

Sooner than we think there will be a deeper convergence between humanity and AI tech. It's a deeper knowledge resource than just the Internet alone.?I believe sooner than we think as well, a symbiosis will occur between AI tech and human empathy and care, without it we have "terminators" or tech without care or empathy.

This tech will touch every industry that exists.

With a tool like AI, humanity can and will achieve greater achievements and I believe more equality as well. We need empathetic caring humans to ensure this occurs.? The convergence is already happening whether we are on the path or not.
