The solution means that the traveller is sent notifications at the time when they are most likely to open them.?And they contain up to date information at the point that the traveller opens them.?

In the past, TMCs would send out - in good faith - information which, by the time the traveller opens it has become obsolete. Perhaps because rules have changed, or maybe new regulations introduced.?
