The Mixology Dose with Takamaka Rum, Vol 4

The fourth volume of Mixology Dose with Takamaka Rum is now here! Enjoy the spirit of Seychelles with a dash of mixology, all from the comfort of your house!

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Takamaka Extra Noir
  • 10ml Italian bitters
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup

Glassware: Rocks

Garnish: pineapple and a cherry on top

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker then shake and double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add your favorite pineapple garnish and enjoy the spirit of Seychelles.

Rum & Ginger

Rum & Ginger

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Takamaka Extra Noir
  • 15ml Ginger Beer
  • 5ml lime juice
  • 1 dash of Angostura

Glassware: Highball

Garnish: lime slice

Preparation:

Pour all Ingredients into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and add a dash of Angostura Bitters to finish before garnishing with a lime slice. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Takamaka Rum Zepis Kreol
  • 25ml pineapple juice
  • 10ml Maraschino liqueur
  • 10ml grenadine

Glassware: Coupe

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker then shake and double strain into a martini coupe and enjoy.
