The Mixology Dose with Carlos I, vol 2 - special February love recipes!

The second volume of mixology with Carlos I is now here! Discover the brandy with spirit and soul, made from grapes and aged through the fascinating dynamic system of criaderas and solera.

Since February is called the "Lovers Month" we have 3 special cocktails, just for this month!

The Green Love

Ingredients:

  • 40 ML of Carlos I
  • 10 ML of ginger Liqueur
  • 5 ML of cucumber syrup
  • mint leaves
  • kombucha, mint

Elaboration:

Add the mint leaves, syrup, liqueur and Carlos I to a wine glass. We add crushed ice and complete with the Moringa, ginger and mint Kombucha, stir gently to not break the bubble.

Garnish and presentation:

Decorate with a mint sprig and add a straw.

The Orange Love

Ingredients:

  • 40 ML of Carlos I Amontillado
  • 10 ML of triple dry
  • 10 ML of white pepper and turmeric syrup
  • hibiscus water float

Preparation:

We cool the wine glass with an ice cube. Add the syrup, the triple sec, the Carlos I Amontillado and the Lov mandarin, pepper and turmeric kombucha. Stir gently with a spoon.

Garnish:

Decorate with a skewer of candied ginger and white flowers.

The Purple Love

Ingredients:

  • 40 ML of Carlos I Pedro Ximenez
  • 15 ML of blueberry syrup
  • 10 ML of vermouth
  • Kombucha lov blueberry and lavender
  • 3 skewered blueberries and lavender for garnish

Preparation:

We cool the wine glass with ice cube. Add the syrup, the vermouth, the Carlos PX and the Lov blueberry and lavender kombucha. Stir gently with a spoon.

Garnish:

Decorate with a skewer of 3 blueberries and a sprig of lavender.
