A: Given the experience with BRAND A, B, C, I am an expert in x, y, z
Q: Yes, but what do you do?
A: As I said, I handled a team of 400....
Q: Yes, yes, “handled”, but now?
A: Silence

Why focus on name and brand dropping
rather than answering the question?
It should be easy.
If you’ve invested time in yourself—on you, within you
On Who you are...
What you are for...
What transformation you bring about..
YOU
Not the brand or company you worked with
Not the big team you handled
What do YOU stand for?
