Mixing Up Endless Possibilities at Showcase Station Two

The second stop of our virtual Showcase introduces some of our newest equipment for producing regenerative fertilizers and other blended products.

This massive industrial rotary drum mixer is capable of outputs up to 20 tonnes per hour. A precision scale system allows for exact measurement of each ingredient and there is no limit to the different ingredients that can be combined. Progressive can now process a fertilizer combination for each customer as unique as their individual needs.? The mixer is touchscreen-controlled and fully automated, requiring minimal personnel for operation. Variable-speed output allows for adjusting the flow of the finished product to accommodate various tote and packaging sizes.

The new blending process is an incredible advancement from single ingredient fertilizer production and will expand our agricultural customer base considerably. Progressive Planet has just blended and shipped our first production run of blended fertilizer, destined for a renowned 40-year old Okanagan winery.??
