It is like Assisted Asset Listing. For the Financial part of your legacy, now you can create a COLLABORATION GROUP and assign permissions to the members, and list asset details for each other and create a centralized location for anyone to in the group to have asset information. This is helpful in situations like:?

???? Someone has fat fingers leading to accidental delete of their own asset detail (View only permission is useful here)
