Missouri State Leadership Summit

Over the past weekend I was given the privilege of being able to attend the Missouri State University Leadership summit. This event gave me and fellow student leaders the opportunity to find ways that we can grow and develop as leaders, as well as how we can grow and develop our organizations. Briar Douglas gave all of us wonderful insights on how to ensure that our organizations are successful by building clear mission and vision statements for our organizations. He also emphasized the importance of checking in on your people (especially yourself) so that the members of the organization who aid in its success, are successful individually.
