Mission, Values and Vision
Clients, Clients and More Clients
I think everybody knows that the purpose of a company is to "generate profit", if your a Non-Profit Organization your focus might by slightly different, but if you don't generate more inputs then outputs you won't be able to help anyone or do anything soon.
I work in a company that I love what we do, we receive forest residues and other biological wastes (safe ones) and transforme then into Substrates for Gardening and Agriculture.
While passing through posts on social media I keep seeing "we work for our clientes" "our clients are our best asset" "the client is always right", etc.
What companies are really working for is the "Profit" and if they see an opportunity they'll take it, even if it means abandoning some of our "best assets".
Don't get me wrong, I know if there's no client there's no business.
How about people aren't they important?

Well of course, next weeks will be all about there Human Resources being the "most fundamental part of the organization".
If you take out any part of what a organization needs to be able to work, it will simply stop and crumble, so I guess that everything is important.
The screw is probably one of the smallest part in a machine, take them out and the machine will fall apart.
The focus, at least the way I see it, is to work and end results and everything in between, and our final goal is to make the plant as healthy as possible. The roots must be strong, it must grow with beauty and it has to bear the best fruits possible.
If companies focus on the Journey from day one to the Destiny they will have "those" Clients, they will have the best "Workers" and top notch machinery because the inputs will come in.
Don't be another Social Media Expert on promises nor Philosopher of Good their are so many of those already.
The is the best way to build your brand is to focus on the Journey and to Deliver.
