Mission Self Evaluation / Assessment Tool for: Crisis Response, Executive Protection, Incident Response, Disaster Response, Search & Rescue, etc.

I'm pretty new to certain aspects of incident/crisis response but very experience in many aspects but always working to improve. Also to expand my expertise, I just started volunteering in Search & Rescue.....but 25 years in the corporate and NGO security operations world I have reflected often on the "guy in the mirror" after a mission or training, sometimes to the extreme (not in a healthy way).

So recently after doing a SAR mission, EP mission, and some SAR, EP, and ICS training, I went looking for a checklist of sorts on how do I self evaluate/assess my role, my gear, my emotions, my personal elements, etc. from/to/in/out of the mission or training.

So I threw together the first edition of a Mission Self Evaluation / Assessment Tool and Checklist that can work for EP, PPO, SAR, Crisis Response, Disaster Response, etc.
