It is a B2C Shopping Super App that enables an AI-powered assistant in India's top e-commerce apps that are currently supported by the CONVA Magic App. The CONVA AI Assistant can be activated by either voice or typing/text on the CONVA Surface that appears over e-commerce apps like Nykaa Myntra 亚马逊 Flipkart bigbasket Blinkit Zepto and Tata 1mg as an overlay. The CONVA AI Assistant can answer a wide range of questions based on the app data or internet knowledge that is powered by LLMs and AI engine powered by the CONVA AI.

CONVA Magic App is a consumer app and the target audiences for this app are:

• Women between the age of 18 - 48
• Techies between the age of 25 - 50

The reason we are chasing these two segments is that most of the shopping apps supported by CONVA Magic App have a high usage from these segments, and they are keen on trying out new kinds of experiences in online shopping.

My ideas for organic app installs

1. Content Creation- Create a lot of videos that showcase how to use the app- Create videos to show how people can use AI for their shopping- Showcase unique use cases that are possible only with AI in shopping apps
2. Social Media Marketing- Request known friends and family of team members to install the app- Run consistent posts using the content created- Tag relevant brands in posts
3. Play Store Optimization- Optimize the title, short description and tags for the app- Add screenshots that explain the app and features clearly- Optimize the app listing description to give sufficient info about the app
4. Influencers- Identify the right influencers who resonate with our target audience- Identify the value of our app for the influencers and their followers- Approach influencers with a pitch that compels them to try our app

I need help - and real quick!

I have ZERO BUDGET to get 10,000 App Installs. This means every trick in the book that I have ever learned in marketing is not enough for this mission.
