This mission to empower women is now a movement!

Sixteen years ago, I began my mission to acknowledge the accomplishments of women in ways that empower all people to live their dreams and will change lives and businesses for the better. This mission is now a movement!

GENESIS

The idea began?when I was delivering a speech before women judges and attorneys.?They seemed tired, overworked and stressed. The question came to me, and?I asked,? "How many of you give to yourselves the way you give to others." These women were making decisions that impacted the lives of children, families, and cities. Anyone would say they were givers. Yet, only one woman raised her hand.?Well, this 'sad news' was begging for?attention.?If they?gave to themselves, I knew they would live longer, be happier, healthier, and make more significant differences.??

Because I am a training designer and global transformational trainer, speaker, and coach, it became my goal?to invent?a breakthrough program?to inspire, empower, and motivate women to?stop "burnout"?and?inform them how to access their inner power as well as how to collaborate and make their already busy lives more joyful and stress-free.??

That was the genesis of the Triad West Inc. Positively Powerful Education Summit and Woman Award Conferences, transformational workshops, and online programs. I wanted to treat women making a big difference like queens and have them be appreciated for their good work. In addition, I envisioned having all kinds of leaders, learners, and corporations, men and women, gathered together for this.

Congratulations!

It sounds like one of the best ways to help individuals give to themselves before all the burnout happens. Wish I knew about this movement earlier. I am a supporter now.
