Mission Accomplished!

It is with great satisfaction that I write you this message to communicate that I am now closing a cycle of 12 years as a Imusica CEO in April 2016, and I would also like to take the opportunity to highlight the importance of my family support during all this time.

There were several big challenges, a lot of new business models, and the construction of a pioneer company which became a market leader. It seems to me that I am making the right decision in the right moment, by keeping away from the comfort zone and taking the chance to ¨pass the buck¨ to my team which is ready to continue the iMusica Project.

All these accomplisments were possible due to the many contributors that worked at iMusica and specially to those that are here right now and still believe it. We’ve been working closely together with this outstanding team with a lot of determination, focus, resilience, not losing sight of Imusica′s values (Innovation, Moral, Unity, Simplicity, Integration, Knowledge, Ambition) thus managing to overcome the barries imposed by such technological disruption over the last years. We are nowadays a very sucessful digital music company in Latin America.

I would also like to take this opportunity to praise as well as communicate the beginning of the activities of Diogo Paiva as the new iMusica CEO. With a lot of dedication to Imusica′s businesses, Diogo has been handling multiple experiences acquired in Telecom companies, in addition to a very well-succeed experience as a entrepreneur which is vitally important for a Music & Technology leader.

Finally, I would like to thank all the investors and partners who have always believed and backed our projects, and I would also like to request all possible support to Diogo as well as the new directors in order to carry out the company′s businesses geared to the continuity and strenghtening of the digital musical market.
