Mission 10X: Transformation

Before Wipro Mission 10x, my professional life lacked the transformation I desired. However, after participating in the "High Impact Teaching Skills" program offered by Mission 10x, I witnessed a significant shift in my teaching approach and overall skills.

The program provided me with a valuable platform to enhance my teaching abilities. It empowered me to make substantial changes in how I conveyed concepts, interacted with students, and improved my communication skills.

I vividly remember the heartfelt appreciation bestowed upon me by my Mission 10x mentor, who expressed, "You are deserving." This recognition held immense significance as it marked the first time I had received such acknowledgment in my professional journey. It served as the foundation upon which I built my future endeavors.

One particular instance that remains etched in my memory was when I introduced an activity related to "Congestion control" in the Computer Networks subject. Determined to make it engaging, I utilized a unique approach involving a Banana stem and Stones. The effort I put into this endeavor was immense.

The impact of that moment still resonates with me. The sight of everyone in the classroom rising to their feet, applauding and clapping, is forever imprinted in my mind. The sound of those claps echoes even now, reminding me of the significance of that achievement.

Through Wipro Mission 10x and the "High Impact Teaching Skills" program, my professional life underwent a remarkable transformation. It provided me with the tools, confidence, and recognition to elevate my teaching practices and create memorable experiences for both myself and my students.
