The Missing Treasure

It's been around thirty years since the story of "The Missing Star" was first told to a group of young children. Never heard the story before? That story wasn't put in book form at the time.?

This story came, when the children gathered together to celebrate someone's birthday. I told this story, as the LORD was revealing it two-me. One might even say, "it was written in the Stars."?

The plan was for every child to get a candle, and so, there were at least four little candles being lit that day, and the birthday boy wasn't even there; or was He?

See, it was Christmas and the candles were being lit to celebrate the birth of God coming into our small world.?As the story of Christ's birth was read, each child had an opportunity to add to the Christmas Creche:

First Mary and Joseph, then the Shepherds and wise men, even animals, and finally the babe was laid in the manger.

?Then the children were asked: "What is Missing?"?

None of them knew the answer at that time, or so it seems. The Star was (and is) the Answer to the question.

Sometimes, children know more than we realize, and?year by year, as this story was told, more candles were being added.?

What, it's not Christmas, you say??

Were you figuring I calculated dates incorrectly?

As Palm Sunday was approaching,?again, there would be a missing Treasure-to be found.

*A Ragged (stained) Cross was missing.?This cross is like no other. This was special.?

This cross was bound and delivered by This child made man.?This Friend traveled far to see us. He was not like others. He was tall for his age, and He didn't read the same as the other children did, because he spoke a different language.

?In those days, not everyone was kind to him; however, he was kind.?He loved to give to others, so he gave this gift, and now it was missing!

You may be tempted to believe This is not a true story, however, this is true, and this is (only) the Beginning. You can see, read and hear more regarding this tale, a little each day during (w)Holy Week, until Passover week is complete.

The Missing Treasure: Part II

*Sumsay, there was another child,?

*WHO came into this little world of ours,

and right *WHEN This child made a way with a cross, He turned up missing.

*Missing, missing, missing...

Ever been in search for something that is missing?

You are searching, searching, searching,

and you just can't find that missing item.

You may feel at a loss, and you may say

"I know - THAT is here somewhere!?

I just don't know WHERE."

You're trying To believe the best.

Then in frustration you may have Decided?

"That treasure is gone!

Gone for Good.?

What is good is now gone!

Gone, Gone, Gone!"

I suppose, it is possible (in those days) some thought this way.

*WHO, knows for sure.

Somehow, the steps to *A Missing Treasure must be found in order to behold true beauty.

Could be, like the Missing Star, that story is not in book form,

If only we Could See that This story is (in)formed,?in children,?

little children like you and me...

Children willing to hear as the tale is recounted.

To the children,?that day, the story was glorious.

A Missing Star? Looked like everything was in order to them.

Was it? Was the true glory and beauty already revealed??

So, WHAT about that cross?

*A Cross wasn't found.

Don't be angry! While "cross" can mean to be angry, currently at YouTube you will not find this definition of "cross" there. You can; however, learn more about the word "cross" in various locations such as the American Heritage Dictionary, Merriam Webster Dictionary, as well as Dictionarydotcom, and Powerthesaurus.

So, is it missing??

Or have we found A way for our Creator to-know longer be cross with us?

We may want to find (a way across) the boundaries (of the *Are-Ray) THAT we do (or do not) see today, in order to find TRUE beauty Tomorrow.??

That is?*ONE choice you can make, right?
