THE MISSING

THE MISSING

A Missing Person is; “anyone reported to police or by police as someone whose whereabouts are unknown, whatever the circumstances of their disappearance, and they are considered missing until located”. (Canadian Government). The R.C.M.P. provides only vague information about the people who go "missing" in Canada, whereas the F.B.I. extensively researches the nature of this phenomenon that has plagued America for the past several decades; on average, 750,000 people are reported “missing” in the United States every year; on any given day approximately 90,000 people are considered “missing”.
The truth is that most of the people murdered in Canada are not reported “missing”; their past in erased to give the impression they never existed; this enables the brainwashed Canadian public, (their mindset is the same as “consumers” in all other “First World Countries”), to believe a murder hasn’t occurred; that genocide isn’t possible in the country where they reside.
It is now conventional for police officers not to be held accountable for their criminal acts, (including homicide), in First World Countries; regardless of whether physical evidence proves their guilt. Police officers, however, are no different from all other members of the general public; because they don’t have a conscience they are unable to determine for themselves what is right; wrong; fair, or unfair; they rely on “external stimuli” to inform them whether they deserve punishment, or not.
What their eyes cannot see; their minds cannot imagine; they have no understanding of the nature of existence; the laws that govern reality; (the Ten Commandments); they do not have a Superego; they judge their actions entirely in accordance with how others respond to their actions; consequently, they cannot introspect; have foresight; envision the implications, and ramifications, of their behaviour. If they are not held accountable for their actions, they see no reason why they should view themselves as criminals. The very fact that the police are not brought to justice for their crimes is proof that they are criminals; it is their job to commit criminal acts. A justice system that does not hold them accountable for murder is designed to enable them to behave as “serial murderers”. Not holding the police responsible for their actions enables them to carry themselves with the comportment of a person who believes he enforces laws, all the while breaking them whenever an opportunity arises.
Practically all human behaviour is determined by the unconscious mind; a person without a conscience seeks recognition from his environment in order to evaluate the appropriateness of his actions; someone who has a Superego, on the other hand, is fraught with guilt; shame, and remorse, once aware his behaviour has had a detrimental impact on someone else, and will refrain from repeating the same behaviour, in part, so as to avoid such burdensome feelings.
A person can go “missing”; have his existence “deleted”; by the simple act of a person picking up a phone; essentially what this person is doing is signing another person’s “death warrant”, but no warrant will ever be issued that signifies the day; time, and cause, of his death. The only thing that remains “alive” after the person’s life has been obliterated, is his I.D.; which is used to create fraudulent bank accounts in order to hide the proceeds of crimes “consumers” use to fuel their self-indulgent lifestyles.
People in First World Countries know they don’t earn the money they spend, but due to being “conditioned” by the an education system, (“assimilation”), designed to do the antithesis of cultivating the mind, and nurture morals, they couldn’t give a rats behind the expense paid by others so they can lead empty; vacuous; hedonistic, lives. “Consumers” take, but offer nothing in return; some call this “milking the system”; I call it the fast track to losing your soul, and winding up in hell for eternity.
The person making the “death call” will most likely be a female; propaganda campaigns have infected the general public, like a cancerous tumour, with the belief that males and females are the “equal”, and the same; any “differences” in mentality, and behaviour, they are trained to believe, is due social influences. It is considered “politically correct” to defend this position, although common sense signifies that females are physiologically constructed for procreation, and accordingly, are predisposed to be far more protective of their bodies than men; this is proof of “Mass Psychogenic Illness”.

“Mass psychogenic illness (MPI), also called mass sociogenic illness or just sociogenic illness, is "the rapid spread of illness signs and symptoms affecting members of a cohesive group, originating from a nervous system disturbance involving excitation, loss or alteration of function, whereby physical complaints that are exhibited unconsciously have no corresponding organic aetiology." MPI is distinct from other collective delusions, also included under the blanket terms of mass hysteria, in that MPI causes symptoms of disease, though there is no organic cause.” (Wikipedia)

Marketers, and advertisers, have exploited this sociological phenomenon to the utmost by promoting diet; fashion, and beauty, products to women as soon as they have the ability to purchase them; parents increasing provide bank cards, and credit cards, to their children, although they may still be of an age where they need help crossing the road safely.
Men are far more disposed to practice “direct”, rather than, “indirect”, forms of aggression than women; “indirect” expressions of aggression inflict harm, while making sure the body is safe from aggression being reciprocated right away; “back-stabbing” is more commonly associated with females, than males, for example, for the same reason; “back-stabbing; 1. The action or practice of criticizing someone in a treacherous manner while feigning friendship”. (Google)
Women are driven to repeat acts that lead to the loss of life due to the sexual gratification they experience by performing them; a “sexual sadist” is a person who inflicts pain; suffering of some kind; on others, in order to experience sexual satisfaction; serial killers are called “sex killers” for the reason. The worst serial killers are considered those who torture their victims; which means prolonging the suffering they inflict; “social workers” who participate in a system designed to deny people the basic necessities of life without just cause are engrossed in torture; the sexual thrill they experience motivates them to commit murder, after murder, after murder.

“A serial killer is a person who murders three or more people, usually in service of abnormal psychological gratification, with the murders taking place over more than a month and including a significant break (a "cooling off period") between them. Different authorities apply different criteria when designating serial killers; while most set a threshold of three murders.” (Wikipedia)

The homeless shelters in Canada are typically populated with “marginalized” people; these are people who no longer, or have never been, incorporated into society; they are sentenced with the label “dispensable”; they constitute the same brands of people the Nazi Party categorized as “undesirables”; “useless mouths”; the mentally challenged, (mentally retarded); the mentally disabled; the physically disabled; the elderly; homosexuals; Jews; Gypsies; generally speaking, people regarded as less than human; members of a sub-species, and as has been recorded so many times in history; on every region of the globe; their demise in not considered of any consequence; killing such a person, on the contrary, has often been judged a commendable act; I have the label of “undesirable” in Canada.
Late one night I decided to make a phone call that would that would expose how genocide takes place in Canada, and who’s responsible. I was able to make a brief statement to the Quebec Provincial Police regarding what happened over the following weeks, but the people responsible for abducting; torturing, and attempting to kill me, have not been brought to justice. Every police department I’ve approached since has been unwilling to take a statement from me regarding what transpired; municipal; provincial, and the Canada’s federal police force; the R.C.M.P.; they were, however, magnanimous enough to recommend I write a comment on their website, however, making a statement in person was out of the question; which proves that every police officer in Canada is complicit in the genocide taking place, as has every one since the time Brian Mulroney was Prime Minister.
Mass Murder, genocide, can only be perpetuated by keeping the atrocities hidden; once its exposed, people can no longer fall into the trap of becoming unsuspecting victims; this can be called a “conspiracy of silence”. Following is the statement I wrote for the R.C.M.P., but was never allowed to submit.

STATEMENT FOR THE R.C.M.P
I, Nigel Edward Spindler: D.O.B.; 16/08/1964; was abducted; kidnapped; subjected to torture, and first degree attempted murder, by members of the Gatineau, Quebec, police; commencing, July 23, 2016; at approximately 10:30 pm at Le Geti Ami; located at; 85 Rue Morin, Gatineau, Quebec, J8X – 0A1.
I was provided a Statement of Offence by members of the Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, police department, August 8, 2016, and given a bus ticket to Longueuil, in order to acquire shelter in Montreal.
I made a brief statement regarding the above listed offences to Jason Roy; badge # 107, Quebec Provincial Police, from Sorel-Tracy Detention Centre; located at; 75, boul. Poliquin Sorel-Tracy, QC, J3P 7Z5, July 27, 2016, at approximately 9:50 pm.
I have since attempted to submit a full statement to the Montreal police, at Police Station District 20; 1432, Rue Sainte-Catherine Quest, Montreal, Quebec, H3G-1R3, but I was refused by Kasandra Galarneau; badge # 7209, on August 10, 2016, at approximately 8:00 am.
I have also contacted Montreal’s R.C.M.P. department; 4225 Boulevard Dorchester Ouest, Westmount, QC, H3Z 1V5, from a pay phone; region 514; 398-0089; August 9, 2016, at approximately 9:30 am, however, R.C.M.P. officer badge # 9938, refused to take a statement regarding the above mentioned offenses committed by the Gatineau police.
     I acquired room # 215 at Le Geti Ami, June 21, 2016, and applied for Quebec “Last Resort” Social Assistance, July 7, 2016; file number: SHIN 16086492. On August 9, 2016, at approximately 9:30 am, from pay-phone: region 514; 398-0089, located 3459 McTavish Street, Montreal, Quebec, H3A-0C9, (McGill University), I called, 1-877-767-8773, to inquire about the status of my application for Quebec “Last Resort” Social Assistance. I was informed my application was denied, July 7, 2016, and a letter was prepared for me to pick up at the Gatineau Social Assistance and Social Solidarity Programs office. I was told via telephone that I was denied because a file in my name was “active” in Ontario. I have since attempted to resolve this matter via the Quebec Ombudsman office with no success; I received the following email August 24, 2016;

Sir,
This is further to the online complaint form you sent to our office. We tried to contact you by phone at: 416 825-2348, unfortunately without success. In order to respond to your request, would you please contact us toll-free at: 1 800-463-5070 or at: 418 643-2688.
Please accept our best regards,
Marianne Gauthier
Admissibility officer

I replied the same day;
My name is Nigel Shindler, I may be addressed also as; Dr. Nigel Shindler. I prefer to correspond via email.
P.S. - what is an "admissibility officer"?

I never heard back from the Protecteur du Citoyen, (Quebec Ombudsman), office.
I did apply for financial assistance from the Ontario Disability Special Program, (O.D.S.P.), shortly after I arrived in Ottawa from Toronto, June 1, 2016; I sent faxes to the Ottawa region O.D.S.P. office located at; 351 Preston St, Ottawa, ON K1S 4M6; June 3, 2016, via Canada Post; June 9, 2016, from my Ottawa mailing address; C/O St Luke’s Table, 760 Somerset Street West, Ottawa, ON K1R 6P9, and on; June 13, 2016, I sent a fax from Center 454; located at 454 King Edward Avenue, Ottawa, ON Canada K1N 7M8; authenticated by Maria Pranschke, requesting a copy of my file, but I did not receive financial assistance from this department.
According to Regie de L’Assurance Maladie I have resided in Quebec since I received Quebec “Last Resort” Social Assistance in the month of February, 2013. I acquired a Quebec Health card, April, 2013, that expired, 04/2014; Health Card number; SHIN 6408 1617. On July 18, 2016, a letter was handed to me by a staff member at Le Geti Ami; a stamp, July 14, 2015, is on the front; from Regie de L’assurance Maladie, case postale 6600, Quebec, (Quebec), G1K-7T3, containing a document noting the time periods I claimed I was outside the province of Quebec that I was supposed to sign. The document also requests a signed, and dated, statement from the person in charge of Le Geti Ami that I live there, and the address of the residence should be included in the statement. I repeatedly asked members of the staff to prepare the above mentioned statement, but they neglected to do so.
I visited the C.L.S.C. office located at; 85 rue Saint-Rédempteur, Gatineau (Québec), J8X 4E6, but I was refused service; due to the Gatineau Ombudsman Office being closed the same day, I asked an office at Gatineau’s City Hall to rectify this matter.

Hello Mr Shindler,
In response to your question last Friday about the difficulties of getting your health insurance card, as you explained the person who greeted you at the Registry of the service, this is unfortunately not the responsibility of the city but the Quebec government. We believe that to solve your problem, you may contact: services Québec, 170 rue de l'H?tel de Ville in Gatineau
Hoping this information useful,
I wish you luck in your endeavors and a good day.

I applied for a Gatineau Library Card, July 7, 2016, but the library card issued; #00725445; was invalid. Le Geti Ami is an Emergency Temporary Shelter, therefore, the card issued should have been valid for three months, not 12 months, which means I am considered a resident of Gatineau.
I sent an email to Andre-Yves Duchesne, Bibliotheque Lucien-Lalonde, located at; 225 Rue Berri, Gatineau, QC, J8Y 4K1, to rectify this matter, as well as Gatineau’s Ombudsman office, located at; 25, Laurier Street, 5th floor, Gatineau, QC J8X 3Y9, about the same issue, without success.

Hi again Mr. Shindler,
Here is the reply from consular operations regarding your question about the emergency travel document not being in your consular file:

“This is what I was able to clarify:
Passport Canada is the one that issues these Emergency Travel Documents. We would have no reason to add these in the CAMANT notes, although the only thing we may indicate in CAMANT is that the document was issued to the person.”
It seems that the document was never included as part of your file, that’s why it didn’t appear in your privacy act request. I suggest contacting the ATIP office at IRCC if you’d like to obtain a copy.

Dear Miss Jennifer Lafave
My request was for all documents pertaining to my encounter with the Canadian Consulate in Athens Greece, that occurred in the month of August, 2008; an Emergency Travel Document is not included in the records, because there never was one; (Passport Canada is a division of the Global Affairs, which is also called the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade; there’s a reason why this Canadian government ministry has so many names; to hide it’s crimes).
Please authenticate your correspondence by using the Global Affairs logo.

July 25, 2016
Good Morning Mr. Shindler,
On July 20th you asked me “Where is the travel document from Athens, Greece?”. My reply is that we have no such document on file for you. It appears that you were issued an Emergency Travel Document to travel home from Greece in 2010 but our department had no reason to retain any copies of that document in your consular file. As such, if you’d like to obtain a copy, you’ll have to make a formal request under the Privacy Act to IRCC.
Technically “Passport Canada” was abolished in 2013 and their responsibilities were transferred to “Citizenship and Immigration Canada” which is now known as “Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada”. This is the department who holds the document you are asking about.

You may submit a request to them online or by mail at the following address:

If you look carefully at all the documents pertaining to myself, and the Canadian Consulate in Athens Greece, you will discover than none are valid; actually, there is no such thing as an invalid document; they are the acts of a rogue trying to give the impression a document is being provided. Thank you for your cooperation in exposing the nature of these crimes.

Repeated attempts were made to access my bank accounts, (although I told the “consular team” they would fail to do so); there was also an attempt made upon my life at the same time, resulting in my being admitted to the John Radcliffe Hospital Emergency Department; located at Headley Way, Oxford OX3 9DU, United Kingdom, April 19, 2016; medical records of this affair arrived at Mount Sinai Hospital, located at; 600 University Ave, Toronto, ON M5G 1X5, July 27, 2016.

I declare that the above statement is true, to the best of my knowledge
Nigel Shindler Date; August12, 2016

Canadians acknowledge, while not holding themselves accountable, that they are responsible for the mass genocide of “First Nation” peoples; the Aboriginal people, however, they mask this with the expression, “cultural genocide”; they manage to delude themselves into believing these atrocities are some sort of “holdover” from an unsavory portion of Canada’s history that it’s still struggling to overcome.
The truth is more heinous, deplorable, and atrocious, than most could possibly fathom. Canada has become a society seeping with “consumers”; more victims are needed for their wealth and I.D. so pay cheques can be dispensed to the unskilled people within Canada’s population, while hiding the source of these funds. Canada, understandably, has developed a reputation of having a legion of taxi drivers who have degrees in engineering; who are medical doctors; people with doctorates, due to such people being unable to find some other means to make a living; earn an income.
Canadians have a reputation of being complacent, and apathetic, accepting what they are told without question; turning a blind eye to things that causes displeasure. Personally, I don’t believe a person can be neutral; if one doesn’t do what is necessary to halt injustice, he is complicit in the injustice, and equally responsible for the act; the person is actually declaring it is O.K. A life is a life; if Canadians can murder Aboriginals, then they must see others as objects, and not as sentient beings with Rights. One way of explaining this behaviour is by labeling it as scapegoating.

“Scapegoating (from the verb "to scapegoat") is the practice of singling out any party for unmerited negative treatment or blame as a scapegoat. Scapegoating may be conducted by individuals against individuals (e.g. "he did it, not me!"), individuals against groups (e.g., "I couldn't see anything because of all the tall people"), groups against individuals (e.g., "Jane was the reason our team didn't win"), and groups against groups.
A scapegoat may be an adult, child, sibling, employee, peer, ethnic, political or religious group, or country. A whipping boy, identified patient or "fall guy" are forms of scapegoat.” (Wikipedia)

“The Canadian Human Rights Act is a statute passed by the Parliament of Canada in 1977 with the express goal of extending the law to ensure equal opportunity to individuals who may be victims of discriminatory practices based on a set of prohibited grounds such as sex, sexual orientation, race, marital status, creed, age, colour, disability, political or religious belief. In 2016, An Act to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code (C-16) has been introduced to the Canadian House of Commons, to add and include "gender identity or expression" to the legislation.” (Wikipedia)

“The residential school experience – which saw tens of thousands of indigenous children taken from their families, beaten and molested in state-run schools – instilled a pattern of abuse in thousands of families across Canada. Often that violence was handed down through the generations.
The report outlines the “wholeness of aboriginal history,” wherein the federal government, using the threat of military violence, subjected entire territories to cruel and unfair treatment. This brutality was replicated within the communities themselves.
Both Carleen and her partner families had, to some degree, experienced this pattern of violence.”
“Violence is often the response to trauma, it can be passed down across generations,” said Hannaburg, who also works as a therapist at the Kanesatake Health Centre. “People turn that violence against their spouses, their children and, in many cases, they turn that violence against themselves.”
“Part of the work of the public inquiry will be to try and break that cycle. I don’t know if the inquiry can do that but it has to try if things are going to get better.”

“For years rumours about her death possibly being a homicide persisted and the McDonalds will always wonder if the police and government could have done more to find Carleen.”

THIRD WORLD CONDITIONS' ON FIRST NATIONS IN CANADA
Two-thirds of First Nations have been under at least 1 water advisory between 2004 and 2014
By Joanne Levasseur, Jacques Marcoux, CBC News Posted: Oct 14, 2015 5:00 PM CT Last Updated: Oct 15, 2015 10:20 AM CT
“Two-thirds of all First Nation communities in Canada have been under at least one drinking water advisory at some time in the last decade, a CBC News investigation has revealed. The numbers show that 400 out of 618 First Nations in the country had some kind of water problem between 2004 and 2014.
The longest running water advisory is in the Neskantaga First Nation in Ontario, where residents have been boiling their water for 20 years.
Nazko First Nation, Alexis Creek First Nation and Lake Babine, all in British Columbia, are next on the list with water problems spanning 16 years.
Between 2004 and 2014, 93 per cent of all First Nations in Saskatchewan and New Brunswick reported at least one water advisory in their communities. Alberta is close behind at 87 per cent.
The lowest provincial rate is 51 per cent in Manitoba
Three-and-a-half-year-old Hailey Sakanee takes a sip of treated water. Her community, Neskantaga First Nation, has been under a water advisory for two decades. (CBC)
A variety of factors can trigger a water advisory, ranging from bad pipe connections, low pressure, improper filtration and disinfection right up to contamination with bacteria. The most common kind of advisory, by far, is a boil water advisory.”
"It's absolutely outrageous," said Cindy Blackstock, director of the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society and associate professor at the University of Alberta. "That very absolute necessity of life is being denied to a whole group of people in this country as wealthy as ours."

FACT SHEET – FIRST NATIONS HOUSING ON-RESERVE
First Nations Housing Crisis at a Glance
“In 2005 there was an estimated back log of 80,000 units on-reserve. In a March 2012 report, AANDC estimates that between “2010-2031 had a need for 130,197 new units to accommodate household and family growth, 11,855 replacement units to accommodate the deteriorated stock, and the major renovation of between 8,261 and 10,861units.” As of March 14, 2013, First Nations self-reported a total of 107, 6272 housing units on-reserve.”

Challenges
“Appalling conditions: overcrowding, mold contamination, lack of basic amenities. Lack of or insufficient infrastructure: roads, water, sewer, power.
Obstacles to accessing Housing Programs: third-party management, soaring debt burden, lack of resources (human, financial and material).
Fragmented program delivery (governmental and First Nation).
Lack of accurate quantitative data.”

CANADA; WHY AREN'T CONDITIONS OF LIFE
FOR FIRST NATIONS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY?
By J. B. Gerald
Global Research, March 30, 2016
Night's Latern 28 March 2016
“In May of 2012, The U.N.’s Special Rapporteur on the right to food, Prof. Olivier De Schutter, visited his first NATO country, Canada. He found Canada’s indigenous peoples generally deprived of adequate nutrition (“People are simply too poor to eat decently”). He found the Aboriginal peoples at risk.”
“In October, 2013, the UN Special Rapporteur on Indigenous rights, James Anaya, visited Canada and found Canada’s Aboriginal peoples “in crisis.” 20% lived in unfit housing. There was an alarming suicide rate. There were high rates of violence against women. And high rates of incarceration. Discriminatory funding disparities. Lack of adequate funding. Lack of Aboriginal inclusion in the educational policies, etc.. In sum, Aboriginal people were at risk, some without enough to eat, some with bad water, some without livable shelter.
The “at risk” status of First Peoples does not mean they’re at risk of being uncomfortable. It means they could die. It is a way to talk about the failure of the Canadian government’s responsibility for Aboriginal peoples, without imputing intention for the deaths. Americans consider the proving of “intention” necessary for charges of genocide, and the American interpretation of the Convention on Genocide is often adopted by less powerful nations.”

THE SYSTEM FAILED MY SON
Gloria Galloway
Sandy Lake, Ont. The Globe and Mail Last updated: Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015 1:22PM EDT
"The death of five-year-old Brody Meekis from a strep throat infection has cast a critical light on the inadequacies of health-care delivery on First Nations reserves, reports Gloria Galloway in Sandy Lake, Ont."
"Report after report has outlined the inadequacies of health-care delivery on reserves – where life expectancy is five to seven years shorter than that of the general population, where babies are more likely to die at birth, and where the rates of tuberculosis, diabetes, traumatic injury, infectious disease and suicide are statistically high."
"One of those reports was released earlier this year by the federal Auditor-General. It found, among other things, that just one in 45 nurses working at a sample group of on-reserve nursing stations had completed all of the government’s mandatory training courses; that nurses are being asked to do jobs they are not authorized to do; that the stations had numerous health and safety deficiencies; and that Health Canada does not know whether individual reserve facilities are capable of providing essential services."

5 COMMISSIONERS TO CONDUCT INQUIRY
INTO MISSING AND MURDERED INDIGENOUS WOMEN

"Calls for an inquiry into missing and murdered indigenous women in Canada will be answered next month.
The federal government has announced that as of September 1st, five commissioners will investigate the systemic causes behind the violence experienced by Indigenous women and girls.
It will be led by British Columbia’s first female First Nations judge Marion Buller.
Dr. Dawn Lavell-Harvard with the Native Women’s Association of Canada is impressed with the composition of the commission and believes that this inquiry will highlight what needs to be fixed."
“Police and the child welfare system are going to be addressed within this inquiry and that is fundamental because we know those systems are broken.”
"Lavell-Harvard says this process will also provide an opportunity to dig deeper into many of the questions that continue to linger in the minds of family members."
“We’re hoping that if these families don’t get the answers they need going back through the current system that these commissioners are going to be looking into the areas where they need to…. and helping those families get justice.”
"The team of five will be able to request documents and call up witnesses to give evidence.
The inquiry is expected to last at least two years at a cost of 53.8-million dollars."
"A final report with recommendations on how to remove systemic violence and honour missing and murdered indigenous women is expected to be complete by the end of 2018."

The elderly are among those who regularly go “missing” in Canada; (one among many of Canada’s scapegoats), especially if they wind up in a homeless shelter, which means they don’t have a family member taking care of them, as I witnessed at Shepherds of Good Hope Shelter, located at 208 St Andrew St, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 5G6, on, August 31, 2016.
I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom; I checked the time when I passed the front receptionist desk; the clock indicated the time was 3:50 am; I also noticed that no one was present in the front office. I glanced into the adjacent office also, but I couldn’t see a member of staff there either; (staff should always be at the front desk in case someone arrives in need of a bed).
A couple of minutes later I returned to my bed; #14; located in the overflow dorm, (there were beds available in the smaller chambers that contain only 2, to 4, bunk beds in each, but the staff customarily assign clients a bed in the area designated to be used, as the name indicates, "overflow", once the smaller rooms are full), and I overheard a woman say, in a marginally distressed voice, but a "clipped" tone; "Call an ambulance; room K". I then heard another woman, as she walked toward the front office say; "I’m going to do that now". What struck me as most odd, to put it mildly, was that the reason for the call wasn't stipulated, nor did the person specifying she'd make the call ask the nature of the emergency.
I got up; quickly dressed, and approached room K. No staff member was present; the light was on, and an elderly man was fast asleep on one of the beds with his head facing the wall; no sheets were on his bed; no blanket, and no pillow, as each client is entitled to when he’s assigned a bed in a shelter. I saw nothing that would indicate the sleeping man had been in a state of distress. He was lightly snoring, and I hadn't previously heard any movement in the region of room K. The bunk beds at the Shepherds of Good Hope are far from stable; climbing onto the top bunk usually results in the manufacture of screeching noises that typically wake up the person lying beneath.
Approximately 10 minutes passed before paramedics arrived, and I overheard them ask several questions; “Doug; do you know your last name?”; “Do you know where you are?’, as well as: “Do you know what day it is? The man answered each question. The paramedics then claimed that the man; who could not have been any more agreeable, in my opinion; in a hushed tone, while standing very close to a staff member, was "aggressive"; a female staff member then asked for O.P.S. I countered this claim by saying; “He couldn't be any more compliant”.
I then overheard a staff member say; "He cannot be "diverted" to another shelter because he's in a program”. A female member of staff then entered the room where the elderly man was, and said aggressively; "Do you know where you are?", and a number of other questions the elderly man had previously answered. "He’s not compliant; he won't answer my questions", she said into her walky-talky. A staff member responded; "If he's not "compliant", then he's not following the rules of the program". “Call O.P.S."; I heard again.
“O.P.S.” can stand for both, “Ottawa Paramedic Services”, and “Ottawa Police Services”; since paramedics were already present, one can conclude that she was asking for the police.
One of the paramedics then claimed he smelt alcohol on the elderly man’s breath; (nobody is supposed to be allowed into The S.O.G.H if he is visibly under the influence of drugs, or alcohol; obviously be wasn’t inebriated when he entered the shelter.
Both the staff, and paramedics, were creating a lie, and convincing themselves is was true, "self-deluding", in order to have the elderly man ejected by police from The Shepherds of Good Hope. I did not see the paramedics take any of the elderly gentleman's vitals; blood pressure; temperature; E.K.G. or ask about any prescribed medication he might be taking, during the time they were there.
During the time I was observing this incident a man stood in a nearby doorway repetitively threatening me in a loud voice, but the staff did not deem HIS behaviour to be aggressive. The staff did not mind a man in a wheelchair observing the incident at a closer distance than myself, however, I was asked to "move away”; I was also told; “I need you to go to lounge". I first refused, stating I wasn’t interfering, or obstructing, the paramedics, in any way. I said that I just wanted to see that everything was done correctly; which was my right. I was also told to move because I was making them "uncomfortable". A staff member also said to one of her colleagues, regarding the elderly man; “Do you still want him here; after what I saw; I feel uncomfortable; do you?” When the paramedics first approached the elderly man they said; “It SOUNDS like you’ve had a seizure".
When I was outside The S.O.G.H the two paramedics emerged from the building. I approached them, and said that the staff should have known the elderly man's last name. They are required to see I.D., and clients are supposed to sign forms when they're admitted into the shelter. If they’d been given such essential information, they would have been able to obtain the elderly man's prior medical history, but because they hadn't, they were unable to follow standard medical procedure - they agreed that was the case. I next said: "We need better people." Both looked at me with dismay; obviously, I wasn't suggesting, I and the paramedics were on the same team, and the only persons at fault were the staff at the The Shepherds of Good Hope; I meant paramedics, and the shelter staff, need better people.
The # of the ambulance that arrived was #4151; with license plate #AM-61367. Two squad cars arrived also; the first was #3312; with the license plate #BTYP-603; the second squad car was #3112, with the license plate #BHMB-012; neither had their lights, or sirens, on when they arrived at The Shepherds of Good Hope.
A couple of days later I brought my belongings to the Shepherds of Good hope, and secured my locker with a heavy metal lock, only to discover when I returned to the shelter later in the day that my lock had been cut, and my belongings were no longer in the locker. The staff had done this, and justified their actions, by claiming I hadn’t confirmed my bed earlier as I should. I refuted this claim, and stipulating that cameras within The Shepherds of Good would prove I was right. I did not receive an admission of guilt, or an apology; actually the staff were doing their jobs; checking to see if there was documents, and I.D., they could steal.
The staff at The Shepherds of Good Hope do not sign papers; they do not provide copies of the forms clients sign, and they do not give out their names; their intention is to make sure there is no trail connecting them to those who they murder.
The modus operandi of the staff at The Shepherds of Good Hope is no different from all the other shelters in Canada; case in point; The Ottawa Mission.

FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE ONTARIO OMBUDSMAN OFFICE
In summation the following happened at Ottawa Mission; 35 Waller Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1N 7G4; Monday morning, 6/13/2016, I was told by the Ottawa Mission staff; "You understand that staying in a shelter is a privilege not a right." Nigel: "No I don't understand; I'm, a member of a sub-species; I'm sub-human."
Ottawa Mission Staff: "The Ottawa Mission is private property."
Nigel: "No it isn't; it's funded by the City of Ottawa."
Ottawa Mission Staff: "If we say you have to leave, and stay; we call the cops, and you will be charged with trespassing." No reason provided: I was told they don't need a reason. I left the Ottawa Mission, but not before a client at the shelter made a death threat. I made sure the Ottawa Mission staff heard the threat, and asked them to call the police; they refused. The client again threatened me in front of the building outside the front door. I immediately went to Ottawa University, and called 911 twice; I first spoke with 911 - Matthew Carter 3561. I described what happened, and that the staff at the Ottawa Mission regularly use clients to beat people up. I mentioned that the previous day, 6/13/2016, at approximately 9:00am, an elderly man was viciously attacked by a much younger; larger fellow, exactly where I was threatened in front of the building.
911 - Matthew Carter 356: This is not an emergency.
Nigel: Could you explain your reasoning; how you came to that conclusion.
911 - Matthew Carter 356: We have been speaking for some while, and you don't sound in distress.
I Called 911 again, and spoke with 90240; I asked the woman's name; she said she's not required to give it. I said you work for the City; you're a civil servant, therefore you are. I repeated what I told the previous 911 worker.
911 – 90240: This is not an emergency; she gave me the non-toll free number for the police.
Nigel: Could you explain to me your reasoning as to why.
911 – 90240: You are no longer at the Ottawa Mission.
Nigel: Do you know where I am?
911 – 90240: Yes; yes, Ottawa University. End of conversation.
Ministry of Community and Social Services Program description: The City of Ottawa provides, directly and through purchase of service agreements, emergency shelter services including safe and secure accommodation, food, and personal support through a case management process for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Canada is filled with the laziest, most ignorant, stupid, people, one could possibly imagine, and the justice system is just another means to add money to the political system that benefits only the rich. The links that make the chain that is now wrapped around Canada's neck are connected in the following manner. The banks give to the corporations, they give to you by some means, and they, the corporations, make a profit. The corporations want to make sure you are beholden to them, and you do what they say, practically all the time. The manufacturing of the products made in China and India, etc., is actually controlled by the U.S. The more things change, the more they remain the same. Uncle Sam wants you!!
Canada’s lawlessness can be explained as being due to “hyper-democracy”, which also explains how this state of affairs came about. People over the course of several decades, (this is a global phenomenon; Canadians are the most extreme form), were granted liberties, and have, in manner of speaking, given into their nature, (I prefer to think of it as “submitting to sin”, or “taking the bait”), and consequently lost the ability to have a conscience; the ability to feel guilt, shame, regret, or remorse, while inflicting unfair, unjust, pain, and suffering, upon others. The result is the hell on Earth today. People believe that everybody can, and ought to be, equal; the aim of democracy, on the other hand, is the promotion of individuality; that every person be given the opportunity to reach his fullest potential, which is the opposite of the tyranny of hyper-democracy.
Contrary to popular belief, the conception that Canada, (First World Countries - excluding the U.K.), observe Human Rights is a myth; they are lawless countries consisting of “consumers” that cannibalize their own citizens, as well as people abroad; all for the sake of money, so they can spend their days engaged in mindless pursuits.
Man, by nature, is lazy; he is no different from any other primate; unless he has to do something, he won’t do it; inertia is his constant companion. If he doesn’t develop a superego, he remains a brute; a monster that doesn’t care; isn’t capable of caring, who suffers, or dies, in order to satisfy his needs; wants, and desires.
On December 9, 1946, at one of the first trials in Nuremberg, Germany, U.S. Brigadier general Telford Taylor made an opening statement that included an explanation of the importance of the trials; moreover, the importance of understanding the nature of good and evil.
“The mere punishment of the defendants, or even thousands of others equally guilty, can never redress the terrible injuries which the Nazis visited on these unfortunate peoples. For them it is far more important that these incredible events be established by clear and public proof, so that no one can ever doubt that they were fact and not fable.”
"This was a finely tuned and orchestrated campaign, an institutionalized open secret conceived during peacetime and carried out with the participation of hundreds of thousands of bureaucrats, military officers, soldiers, policemen, clerks, railwaymen, factory workers, industrialists, accountants, lawyers – and doctors and nurses. A whole society was complicit, including clergy who took a hand in identifying non-Christians. The killers were educated, even highly cultured people. They were the people who lived next door; who attended the local house of worship; who played with their children in the park."
Michael Carin, “The Future Jew”
"That men do not learn very much from the lessons of history is the most important of all the lessons of history."
Aldous Huxley
"Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it."
Winston Churchill
