The missing ingredient ?

Hi friend,
I get asked all the time how to get better results on social media. And how to be a better marketer.
And more often than not, the missing ingredient to the recipe of marketing a business is time.
Time to learn what works.
Time to speak to enough people.
Time to practice showing up.
Time to grow.
Time to envision the future.
Time to fail and learn from it.
Time to test.
Time to iterate.
Time to speed up.
And yes, if you have money to invest in things like ads or professionals, the amount of time spent can be sped up. But by how much? It’s hard to tell.
If you spend too little on ads, you may feel like “it’s not working” when in reality, you tried to save time and ended up spending money to learn quickly.
On the flip side, if you hire a professional who saves you hours each week because they live and breathe marketing. And yet, you feel like you should be farther along. Maybe they saved you 5 years of you trying to “figure it out” on your own.
It all comes back to time.
So let me ask you this: have you spent enough time marketing your business?
The best business owners failed for YEARS before “making it.”

NEW PODCAST EPISODE
Becoming an inclusive leader and valuing DEI in the workplace is more important than ever. Leaders are expected to be more vocal about their core values and live them out loud, but this is still uncharted territory for many.
Moving too fast, saying the wrong thing, or not being fully certain of what is important to you and your business is what my guest, 6x author, DEI consultant, and Managing Partner of Uplifting Impact, Deanna Singh, is going to help you overcome in our latest episode.
Listen in as my former client shines a light on how you can embrace your values, create safe spaces at work, and be inspired to become a DEI advocate out of compassion for others–instead of just checking the DEI box on your list of things you’re expected to do as a business owner.
