Miss Cheesecake Secures Shark Tank Offer

Miss Cheesecake pitched on Shark Tank India Season 4 in January 2025, seeking an investment of ?30 lakhs for 5% equity, valuing the company at ?6 crores.

At the time of their pitch, they were generating a monthly revenue of ?8–?8.5 lakhs with a 35% net profit margin. Their rapid growth and social media presence impressed the Sharks.

Funding Offer: Investor Ritesh Agarwal offered them ?30 lakhs for 7.5% equity, effectively reducing their valuation. However, the founders declined the offer, as they were unwilling to give up more than 5% equity in their company.

Despite not securing a deal, Ritesh Agarwal shared his contact details with the founders and expressed interest in mentoring them in the future. The Shark Tank exposure significantly boosted their brand visibility, helping them attract potential investors and customers outside the show.
