Mismatched and Colorful

By working with our planners and caterers, they have learned that adding color with glassware adds so much interest to the tablescape. Using our mismatched styles and colors brings the tables to another level. We love that they are open to our ideas and our rental opportunities.

Making it easy is important to us. We send our mismatched colorful glasses in crates and hand select the order in which they are to be placed on each table. This is a detail we pay a great deal of attention to. We include directions and a visual diagram so that the event staff who are setting the tables will know what to do. We recently had a breakdown in communication where the crate bags were torn open by event staff without viewing the directions. No doubt the bride was busy. Staff was confused as to why the glasses didn't match and spent precious time going through the crates to set the tables with matching glasses. What this tells us is that event staff are accustomed to matching items on the tables. The more we share our vision and system with planners and caterers, the easier it is for the staff to set-up. And another important detail is each piece is handwashed and polished by us. Remember, we deliver. We pick up. We wash, so event staff doesn't have to.

We are thrilled that our vendors are willing to suggest our rentals when they have clients who want something different for their tables. We often remind clients that their photographs will sparkle. What we know about the power of mismatched is that it certainly elevates the tabletops and makes a statement when guests walk into the room. Gives everyone something to talk about! No more of the standard white plates and clear glasses. By suggesting colorful mismatched to their clients, the planners and caterers are rock stars and are set apart from all of the rest.
