When things get tough, say thank you. Be grateful for where you are right now in life and at work. The sheer fact that we are alive is a miracle in itself. It also means that you come from somewhere, from someone, and that genetic line has been unbroken for… well, forever. As a leader, a parent, a friend, you must transpire that grateful attitude — we are lucky to be here! We are lucky to be in that situation, even if it appears challenging. There are others out there that are, at this moment, not as fortunate. And so, let’s get to work.
