What's missing, says their president and CEO, "is a unifying vision" that can align public and private sector efforts to accelerate the adoption of digital infrastructure.

Our Take: Municipalities are interested in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to help citizens find the information they need, quickly and cost-effectively. While Large Language Models like ChatGPT have shown promise, they have an unfortunate tendency to occasionally provide inaccurate results. Using a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approach, which checks answers against trusted sources before generating a response, may provide a solution.
