Miovision names Ryan Waring as its new CFO; Joe Custer joins the company’s Board of Directors

Miovision announced today that it has appointed Ryan Waring as its new CFO.?

Ryan joined Miovision in 2023 as the company’s VP, Finance and Strategy. He came to the company with a combination of industry experience and significant strategic finance experience, having completed over 30 M&A transactions totalling over $6B. He’s also helped companies raise $250M in both public and private equity capital and over $1B in debt funding.?

Ryan takes over the role of CFO from Joe Custer, who will join Miovision’s Board as its newest Director. Since joining Miovision in 2022, Joe has played a key role in five acquisitions and a C$296M capital raise , announced in 2023.?

Ryan holds an MBA and Master of Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of La Verne . He’ll start his new role on June 1.??
