Minneola Mill, Gibsonville Grant Ceremony
The Minneola Mill redevelopment has been delayed for years due to 1970's facade. Being unable to show SHPO historic fabric, we were at an impasse. With the assistance of the state and also the town of Gibsonville, this downtown development was granted $750K to solve this issue. This 440K+ SF property is 59% of a 741K SF downtown. This can now move forward for National Register nomination and ultimately a best and highest mixed use development. Thank you Representative Hardister, Senator Galey, Representative Riddell, Mayor Williams, as well as the Gibsonville Board.
